Co-operatives Fortnight: Care and Support Co-operatives in Wales

Co-operatives are driven by People Power – the Social Value people bring to co-operatives make them what they are. People like you and I undertake roles in co-operatives that are usually defined by formal education and work experience. Whilst that can help, it’s a person’s personal desire and love to undertake a role that makes it happen.

Today, we want to showcase people from a variety of co-operatives who take on such roles with huge success, because of their love for it.

To find out more about the co-operative they represent, just click!

Care to Co-operate has supported people and organisations to work co-operatively, to design and run services, for over three years. Do you have an idea for a care and support co-operative?  If so, Care to Co-operate would love to speak to you! You can get in touch by e-mail care@wales.coop, call 0300 111 5050, visit care.wales.coop or Tweet us at @ThomasWalesCoop
